Intnet IQ is a real-time customer intelligence platform built for insurance agencies. It helps your team identify who is calling and understand customer risk the moment an inbound call is received.
When a call comes in, our system instantly processes the call event and matches the caller's phone number against your customer database. If a match is found, the customer's details are displayed on your dashboard in real time. If no match exists, the caller is flagged as unknown.
Along with identification, Intnet IQ provides a basic risk indicator based on the frequency of incoming calls, helping your team quickly recognize potentially at-risk customers. Agents can also trigger SMS outreach directly from the platform when follow-up communication is needed.
